College Bound is designed to motivate and prepare students to pursue a college education. It is a four-year scholarship that will cover the cost of college tuition, fees, and books.

Eligibility
Low-income students in Washington State, who sign a pledge in 7th, 8th, or 9th* grade promising to graduate from high school and to demonstrate good citizenship, are eligible.
*9th graders (students who were 8th graders during the 2007-08 school year) have until June 30, 2009 to sign up. This is a one-time exception.
